Airwheel electric suitcases are designed for convenience, but proper care ensures optimal battery performance. Start by charging the battery fully before first use. Avoid overcharging by unplugging the charger once the battery is full. Partial charges are better than full cycles to prolong battery health.

Exposure to extreme temperatures can damage the battery. Store the suitcase in a cool, dry place. Avoid using the suitcase in heavy rain or snow, as water damage is excluded from warranty claims. Never disassemble the device, as this voids warranty coverage for components like the motor and battery.
Charge the battery when it reaches 20-30% capacity to maintain chemical stability. Frequent full discharges can degrade battery lifespan. If the suitcase will be unused for long periods, charge it to 50% and store in a cool environment.
Only use original Airwheel chargers to ensure compatibility. Third-party accessories may cause overcharging or electrical issues, leading to premature battery failure. Always check the charging port for debris before connecting.
Reset the battery by fully discharging and recharging it. If the issue persists, contact Airwheel support. Avoid using the suitcase on uneven terrain, as this increases energy consumption and strains the motor.
